You didn't start that marijuana grove. You had help.

It is going to be just as hard to keep homegrowers from growing. I do not know the particulars but if the ATF and Revenue departments get involved and it is HIGHLY regulated, i don't have the slightest problem with it all.

It will not fully work or be implemented until DUI standards can be met or until the State effects a 'impaired to the slightest degree' law that has the teeth of a 3rd offender DUI.

Technology has not caught up enough for us to turn section8's and other irresponsibles loose on society without a defined and tested test for impairment.

the law isn't designed to stop home growers as much as drug traffickers south of the border.

.I'm wondering if this will change loan disclosures again. We'll need some form for applicants to sign that says they aren't high when they sign the TIL.

the won't sign the TIL, they will use it to make Cheech and Chong sized joints

If one of them lit up in my store I would consider a potential act of arso, fire held by an obviously impaired person, and take according action.

It might even hold up in court.

I have no plan of action regarding Brownies.

Brownies probably should not smoke dope.

Feds may withold highway funds until this is overturned.

Some States may require a border search of CO licensed vehicles. [doubtfull, but go ahead and piss off UT]
