VISCONTI INDUSTRIES IS A SCAM... Yes they say the scammers aren't them. Well Marc Visconti YOU ARE.
I brought my client to them. The client Paid $31500 in fee's. ($12600 in set up fee's and $18900 in site inspection) Prior to my client paying the $18900 I spoke to Marc (Mack) who said we were ready to go except tax return for one of the directors. thus we had the tax done and then paid the $18,900. after paying the money it took 2 weeks for them to organise their associate in Singapore James. I spoke to their partner James in Singapore. He told me that his staff had to fly in from Singapore. Well the person he sent lives in Australia only 3hrs drive from the property. So the $18,900 fee for site inspection FRAUD.
No report was ever produced to my client. No report ever was produced to myself and I was the broker.
The then came out that they needed all bank statements which they earlier said was not required. The client has place $2,100,000 into the deal and would have lost the deal if I didn't secure alternate funding.
So WARNING TO ALL>>> Visconti Industries is a scam and NOW I hear Marc Visconti is trying to by a bank in Panama. So watch this space for the updates of MARK VISCONTI.
