I am seeking an equity jv partner who like to go on my developer retail shopping center project as a co-signer for him in Tampa, FL. This is a construction development. And the reason why this is so urgent now is because his current partner had a foreclosure and this has left him in a bad situation with the lender. But the lender is still ready to close the deal but his partner name can't go on the loan at all at this point no way not happen. So my developer don't need any money from anyone only a strong partner financially with a liquid net worth that is at least $6m because he don't qualify for the loan himself. Only serious people with a liquid net worth of that amount should contact me because we need to get this done asap within the next two weeks all the due diligence are done only things that is missing is co-signer. There will be another appraiser that needs to come out to update the current appraiser.
