Loan purpose: Construction
My Brother lives in Southern California and has run out of money while building his house. He owes 190K (Balloon payment due January 1st)on the lot and needs 50K to finish the house. The house should be worth at least 500K when it is finished. He paid 250K for the lot 1.5 years ago.
Can anyone offer suggestions for financing to finish the house or a way for them to sell the property as is and not loose everything they have put into it?
