Hard working family where husband has been out of work due to a heart condition and treatments for last two years is having to let go of home. Looking to find a new home with a smaller house payment so we can meet our financial obligations. Wife does have a good job as a nurse but does not make enough to cover what was a two income debt base. Conventional loans not really an option due to very poor credit due to late payments, etc that have been unavoidable due to not enough income coming in.
