Can help with hard money lenders, 1-3 yr terms, 9-14%, no pp, interest only ,very little DD, close in hopefully three weeks, know that have lost money ,everybody has but try to stay away from companies making money on dd, and not funding loans .Full package please, and cooperation 500,000 minimum. Please do not waste time with shopping term sheets, disappearing, not knowing how this works, using 5 brokers, not supplying info, but expecting fast close etc.. Can not do these loans without expense after term sheet. Thanks
