The Dairy Industry needs help!!! Many Dairy Farmers in Colorado and New Mexico are in deep poo poo! The FDIC took over a bank that had many branches covering this area and called the loans. FDIC will sell at discounted rates. Example: Dairy Farm, equipment, cows, house, barns, etc... worth $5M and has $4.5-5M debt can be purchased for approx. $1.5 - $2M allowing the farmers. Investors walk-in with $3M Equity and allows the farmers to stay in business and save their families, homes, and give them the opportunity to re-finance elsewhere conventionally.
