40 acre property in Boothbay Harbor Maine, 4 blocks from the coast and listed in WHERE TO RETIRE Magazine1 All permitting, surveying, water, sewer and underground electrical lines and roads are in. 2 Homes sold, 12 HOA remaining with 24 condos in Phase 2 and 39 in Phase 3. In chapter 11 partly to Cease and Desist order to bank and unable to refi. Last appraisal was done in 2006 for the 4.8, with no Condominiums or HOA built in. We can go to the bank and offer this amount and get the property! This is a distressed property lenders dream. All major work is done. We need money to get land back IMMEDIATELY! and willing to do a construction loan also. Not looking to pay dd fees for anything less then a commitment letter. Scammed to many times with promises.
