Will Suntrust do this?

I had a borrower that bought a house a couple years ago using a 100% LTV Fannie Mae Flex. I originated it through Suntrust (they are still the servicer) and the PMI is though Genworth. I am not setup with them anymore, but I was wondering if they would refi this using a DU refi Plus. LTV now would probably be 120%.

Client can contact Suntrust direct and they will review it for him/her.

I emailed SunTrust rep and this is how he responded:

The du refi plus does not include programs that were originally 100 and actually i believe it was anything over 97 did not qualify.

I do not know if this helps.
