Need phone # for BofA for a VOM

Can anyone help me? I need the phone number for the correct department with Bank of America that will process my Verification of Mortgage request. I've been given four different numbers from reps with BofA and not one of them can help. Any help would be appreciated.

I got a VOM from B of A and sent it to the lender, and they wouldn't accept it because they had just bought back a loan which had a BOA 0X30 VOM and when the investor did a credit supp it came back with 50 30 day lates over the life of the loan, many within the past 12.

I don't see how that's possible, but that's what I was told.

Can you just do a credit supp?

i had my client walk into their branch with the form. they actually filled it out right there. i think they got super lucky though.

Ind-mtg,

Are you aware that it is against the law for a customer to hand carry a verification form to be filled out by their bank or employer?
