GLOBAL PRIVATE LENDER GUIDELINES

We are the exclusive direct contact to this private funder

No broker chains on our side.

Domestic and International Funding:

The lender has two basic requirements:
1. Borrower does lender’s process. Min.: $5,000,000.00
2. Borrower has capacity to do the deal.

Private lender owns a large international energy company. 2008 net profit was > Є5 billion.

In addition to complete loan package provided to lender, borrower must have in its corporate bank account eight (8%) percent of the requested loan amount. This money REMAINS in the borrower’s account. It will be blocked for one year. A bank draft is created in the name of lender with maturity of thirteen (13) months. The blocked 8% secures bank draft. Once loan package is received and funding request is approved by lender, contract will be signed by both parties and possession of bank draft transfers to lender. Obviously, all negotiations between borrower and lender precede contract signing.

This 8% is in place of a down payment. Lender does NOT require a down payment! Also, the 8% is in place of an equity position. Lender does NOT take an equity position. Lender does NOT require a down payment and lender does NOT take an equity position.

The Lender typically funds 100% of requested amount verified by loan package documents and due diligence.

Closing occurs in Paris or London, the borrower’s choice. After paperwork is signed and registered, usually within 21 – 30 days, borrower’s account is credited with approved loan amount by lender. Repayment on loan is due every quarter per year.

Nonrecourse Funding

Location: Worldwide

Terms: 2/5/12 years

Interest Rate: EURIBOR+ 1 (this is Euro Interbank Offered Rate, not LIBOR) @2.5%

NO prepayment penalty

NO due diligence fees

NO Lender Fees.

Borrower pays 3%loan placement fee to A-1 Consulting, Inc.

Brokers OK.
