AMERIFIRST BRANCH

Is anybody on here familiar or have a branch with Amerifirst out of Ohio. They are a banker & they servce all their loans. Any information would be helpful, also if you know Rick Koenig. Thanks

I have run across them a couple of times.

I believe they charge .375 points per loan, banked or brokered.

They also publish their own internal rate sheet for banked loans, and have about .75% margin built in for conventional loans, and about 1.50% margin built in for government loans.

Heard their underwriting was not bad.
