Wrong, every incumbent better watch out! If ever a centrist based third party could sprout up and win, it's now. Ideology and political affiliation are dead, for now. When you have people like me thinking long and hard about Ron Paul in 2016, you know things are starting to change.

..oh and also, I'll take two Congressional seats over two Governorships any day.

I'm not going anywhere. The larger truth or maybe I should say the largest truth of all is you residential brokers and originators are slowly going down. With the new YSP discloser coming, deal killing HVCC, evaporating wholesale outlets, and the constant narrowing between wholesale and retail pricing, how long do you really think you got? Over 82% of the brokerages nationwide have gone under already since the peak in 2006.

While in commercial, I'll you need is a Broker's license or work with someone who does. Other than that, there's no regulation what-so-ever at all! I'll change my phone number and send e-mails to all my connections with my new one and continue to make a 75% split under someone else's license. I'll do a couple commercial deals and dabble in debt settlement until the storm passes. I'll be fine, while most of you fight for jobs at Wells or BOA or sell insurance. I come hear to talk politics and try to help people find the correct solution to their commercial dilemmas, that's all.

Chiefrunningnumbers and I agreed yesterday not to post anything for a while and sit back and watch you guys turn on each other. We invited Fest to join in but we're not sure he got the message. So, if I don't post for a week or so, don't confuse it for everything else.
