Vinnie (or other OHIO peeps), FHA Escrow for Septic Replacement

Any of my fellow Ohio viners know of any FHA lenders that will allow escrow for Septic Replacement? Not looking to go 203K (if at all possible). And yes, Trumbull freaking county.

No one will do it. I have looked high and low. Back in the day NCB and First Magnus would. But neither of them exist anymore. The reason they will not do it is that FHA says the house has to be safe and sanitary when purchased under the 203B loan. If you have a bad septic then it is definately not sanitary. 203K is not a bad way to go at all. I am doing one through Plaza Home Mortgage right now and they have good rates and a pretty slick system to get the loan submited.
