5 financed properties in Maryland. Need refi $ on the 5th

The 5th house was purchased using a combination hard $ as a 1st mortgage to acquire the property and the fix up money came from a line of credit on a different house. Need financing that will refinance out of the hard money loan(don't want hard $ again) and also give enouh cash back to pay off the line of credit on the other property,
