10 house subdivision . Need Construction $ Maryland $600,000

I need 90% LTV or better for a 10 house subdivion having 10 houses selling for $600,000 to $750,000 each. Needing the highest LTV possible. Houses will appraise a MINIMUM $100,000 over asking price. Builder has 7 pre sold because they are priced to sell. Potential exist for at least 10 and maybe 20 more houses.
