for an FHA loan can a co-borrower have a temporary visitor status?

how is the lender guranteed to recieve payment from a person who is definately going to leave the country in a pre-determined period of time?

Why would you want to put this visitor on the loan? Without a work visa and social security number I would tell the borrower no.

He has a visa and a valid social security number. and his visa will be renewed.
Is it still doable?
