Thats why u never believe those emails that get passed around... most are always full of crap, I still get the one about guys asking girls to smell the perfume in parking lots and then pass out and get raped... That one has been floating around for years now...

When was I warned Oh yea? People have copyrighted material deleted all the time around here but no one gets banned for it that I've ever as far as I know.

If you wish to pick a fight then by all means do so but let's not be silly about a non violation of a TOS on the vine.
