I work with a commercial and residential wholesale lender that offers financing for many different types of business needs. Here are some of the common loans that are offered:
SBA 504 and 7A
Conventional Commercial Mortgages
Commercial Construction/Development
Bridge and Mezzanine Financing
Hard Money
Asset/Securities Based Lending
Accounts Receivable Lending
Let us quote you a rate to compare with what you have collected.
We can do OTC commercial loans.

Pre-qualify your mortgage loan request, either residential or commercial. First National Partners is a processor that prepares initial underwriting packages for a consortium of out-of-the-box lenders.
Submit your request to fnpartners@gmail.com. Our website: www.fnp.us.com. Call us at 312.239.0657.
Upon your acceptance of a pre-qualification and you want to proceed, we charge a nominal, but fair, processing fee.
