Net Branch/Affiliate Office

I am getting back into the mortgage business again, but I live in Florida and the market sucks here. Trying to find a good company to setup a branch for and want to be able to market the entire US, or really close to.

Looking for good reputable company
Good Support
Multiple products and lenders
Quick Payouts and turn times
And of course....good splits

Any suggestions??

Hey "Donktard Borker", I am licensed in Florida, and if you know anything about mortgages, you would know Florida's market is horrible now. Hard to get licensed in multiple states in 30 days. Hence the question I asked above!

Any help would be good, anyone have any experience with Benchmark Mortgage?

Thanks

don't tell me about crappy markets, i'm in MI...

All branch companies are just different degrees of suck...and they are all gonna drain you for every dollar they can whilst taking up 4 to 6 hours of your day with incompetance and tomfoolery.....That's why i said get licensed. If you are, then good for you...if the next 30 days is gonna make or break you....I'm sorry to hear that, and a branching company most likely will not solve your problems.

I have been with several, and none of them hold a candle to just being able to do loans without someone punching you in the junk every other week....

Try Paramount Mortgage Funding in Clearwater. We are not licensed in all states but many and we can control our check book. In other words you control when you get paid. Tell them Jaime Eufemia in MD referred you. 727-538-4105 ask for Jeremy

Any decent branch company is going to

require you have recent history of

closing loans. And even very marginal

FED Charters are in the position to

require well established volume.

So unless you want to go to

work for some body shop FED

Charter, inclined to shut down

quickly, your best off working

as a LO for a spell.

For more information on this

topic google search:
