INVESTOR PROPERTY MAX 10 PROPERTIES

Which fannie lenders are doing the alllowable ceiling of 10 financed properties? Have still been hearing old 4 all day
...anyone lending on limit ? Any guidance appreiciated...

We have are a mortgage broker and have lender that will finance up 10 properties including subject. Minimum 6 months PITI reserves on subject property for investment as well as on each other financed second home or investment. Max Ltv for purchase on investment 1 unit 75, 2-4 unit 70.
Max LTV Rate & Term investment 1-4 unit is 70.
