I told you I could do the loan when you called. Ya gotta pay the price if you want the loan. No upfront fees just 14% Int only.
Anywhere else gonna be big promoses and a hefty up-front fee.

1. Name and address of the borrower
2. Names and addresses of the principals of the borrower
3. A detailed description of the collateral including the entitlements (recent appraisal)
