I need a second or a loan for $600k. Would like 18 months with a balloon payment with a low origination fee and interest rate (8-10%). I have a 1st with waMu @ 6% which I will not let go. Appraisal done, your review appraisals will also pass muster. Estate worth $5m+ in TODAYS climate.
