You better be able to back up what you´re saying jackoff. Why would I flee Michigan? and I am not a hick. In all actuality I´m probably more educated than you. I always pick up the phone. Unless of course, I´m on the phone with a broker who has a real deal unlike a jackoff like you who likes to waste people´s time. I do not charge outrageous upfront fees. You are talking out of your ass. You´re probably nothing more than a competitor who pissed because my fees are half of yours. This thread was started by one of two people. Both of whom are full of crap. This is just their "revenge" for me calling them out on another site. I hate to break it to you but this thread has not stopped my phone from ringing.

Karen Vines also owes the IRS $30K in back taxes, it turns out that Karen Vines has cheated the state and the federal government on taxes and the IRS has send SunnyMtg several notices asking for her wear about(s).... When Karen Vines was asked to get her license... she filed a lawsuit threw a male friend of hers (that she does favors for, hint, hint) on Sumit Gaddhs / Sunny Gaddhs / SunnyMtg.com. HOWEVER, the defendant Sumit Gaddhs / Sunny Gaddhs / SunnyMtg.com did not even have to respond to the complaint as her friend attorney dropped the frivolous class action WITHIN 40 minutes of getting our email!!! WHY? If an attorney files a frivolous lawsuit then they are personally sanctioned to pay the fees for defending the frivolous lawsuit!!! What a looser Karen Vines.. We pity the customers you originate for... it turns out that she has now relocated to Florida as the state of Michigan finally knocked on her doors (while she was originating with settogo WITHOUT a license).

IVAN RODRIGUEZ posting under a tleast a dozen different screen names bad mouthing Sumit Gaddh, Sunny Gaddh, Sunny Mortgage, SunnyMtg.com - was told that he must pay his child support first pursuant to the notice we received from the state - Mr. Rodriguez got infuriated and demanded his funds (instead of paying child support per the obligation we have) and acted in the manner as described in the previous post - SunnyMtg tried to litigate with him however could not get a hold of this deadbeat!!

for your information Sunny lost the law suit in a michigan court room November 5th 2009. (check the records)
He was found to owe me as well as the state of michigan. He still refuses to pay, so now the attorney general is working on it.
I was not fired from Sunnymtg, but quit, and thats when he refused to pay me. I have been in contact with several of the people you claim to be only one person on here posting. its not there are over 43 documented cases where we have been ripped off. I am so glad you posted on behalf of your employer, this posting will be forwarded to the Attorney General as well.
For your information, I dont owe the IRS $30,000, that is a blatant lie and definantely an attack on my character which will be dealt with in court as well.
