BB&T Sub prime

Have you heard anything about BB&T, Branch Bank and Trust
starting to do sub prime?

I have used them in the past. They had some great products, but I have not used them since all of the BC changes have come about so I am not sure about products. They probably have a great 80% LTV/ FTHB/ 1 Year out of BK /with a 620 score on a non-rural property with less than 5 acres and comps within 1 mile product. (+=
